Our Ultimate aim is for our students wherever possible to move into gainful employment. Our vision at College is geared with that end in sight. Our modules and exam offer is as vocational as possible. 

There are 5 possible pathways:

• Construction Skills 
• Health & Social Care 
• Hospitality & Catering 
• Creative iMedia 
• Horticulture 

Students are provided with work experience opportunities which are aimed at showing real insight and learning about the world of work. 

We aspire to instil a work ethic and a self-belief that will prepare our young people for the harsher realities of the real world. We look to you to support this. 

In February 2023 we opened a Café where students will learn to be baristas. We also have a charity called "Market Field Grows" which ultimately does offer paid employment. 

We are seeking to open a Farm within the next 2 years.
